It can happen that an insufficient number of participants register for a seminar or your plans may be influenced by other conditions. Since our chances of filling up the gap with another seminar become slimmer the closer the date of your seminar is getting, we are dependant on binding agreements for cases like these. This is the basis for being able to keep our fair prices.

of the agreed minimum turnover is due
(calculated from the sum of the minimum daily turnovers)
These rates are applicable also in case of a subsequent reduction of the initially agreed upon minimum turnover.
This means, your risk is minimal, if you ceck the number of your participants 12 weeks, 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to the event and – if necessary – send us a message accordingly.
If we are able to fill the booked services otherwise, despite short notice, the fee will be reduc
